Global Holding & Tulip Tele take 13% each in Qualcomm BWA JV. Tulip Tele & Global Holding will invest $ 29 million each in JV. Qualcomm will invest $ 164 million in venture. EV of Qualcomm BWA JV is pegged at $ 1 billion. Qualcomm is looking to launch BWA services by H2 2011
